“Dual Eligible Overview”
What can we do as Producers to reduce the amount of health insurance fraud?
The objective of this course is to provide participants with an understanding of the dual eligible market, the cost of care for these individuals and the forthcoming changes in the marketplace to prove care to the dual eligibles. By attending this course, agents will gain insightful information about the dual eligibles. Training will provide participants with increased knowledge of the dual eligibles and the ability to accurately explain this market, therefore enhancing the customer experience.
